The digital transformation of learning and knowledge work has been the core of my professional activity for about 18 years. I was able to gain a wide range of experience, e.g. the digital transformation of university teaching, the development of blended learning courses for city administrations, the development of knowledge management and the introduction of the "digital workplace" for an international organization, the development of a digital library for a health ministry, the digital transformation of a pharmaceutical company.
Often a standard solution is not enough and it is necessary to develop tailor-made digital experiences, for example to map certain processes "end-to-end" or to convey information in a particularly exciting and accessible way.
My interest is the complete picture of the development and introduction of digital technologies: vision, strategy, business models, the actual value propositions, the "user journey", a clever approach in the introduction of the solution, data protection and security, marketing of a new digital offer, branding, social media strategy etc.
